2640339 - Java Resource Adapter could not be started!

Symptom

You created a Resource Adapter in NWA and configured the Sender Communication Channel using IDoc_AAE Adapter. When the channel is started, it raises an error:

Java Resource Adapter xi/idoc/RA_/<SID>/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX could not be started!

If you check the Java default traces, you can see the same exception.
