2640891 - Unable to add items to the survey

The admin is unable to add items to a survey. When navigating to the 'Item Usage' tab, the option to add items is not displayed.

1. Access Learning Administration.
2. Navigate to Content-> Surveys.
3. Search for survey and open.
4. Select "Item Usage" tab.
5. Noticed that the option to 'Add' items is not displayed.

The survey might have opened in 'View Mode', as indicated in the screenshot (Search > Search Results > View Item Usage)

To address this, open the survey in 'Edit Mode', go to the 'Item Usage' tab and see the option to add items.

When searching for the survey, you will see two icons for each result. The magnifying glass icon represents 'View Mode', and the pencil icon represents 'Edit Mode'.

 (Note: To see the edit mode option, ensure that the 'Edit Surveys' permission is assigned to the admin role.)
