Document migration from other App(SharePoint or OpenText, or other Third Party products) to SAP Jam is a manual operation. In many cases the customer keeps SharePoint, OpenText or other Third Party Content Management Systems (CMS) and integrate the repository to a SAP Jam group and only upload a few most relevant documents directly to SAP Jam.

For that we offer standard integration, or a partner integration or using SharePoint DocCenter (both it can be a Cloud CMS as well as an integration layer to connect even better with SharePoint).
If customers integrate content it is typically a mixture of creating and manually uploading content and using the API to do mass uploads and mass creation of content. SAP Professional Services developed some tools that can be uses (as well for other solutions, such as Jive).
