2641162 - Refresh not working with Easy Form Editor in IE

Symptom

When trying to refresh in IE from Easy Form Editor it doesnt work.

Environment

SAP Buisness ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to BYD HTML5 system.
  2. Goto Administration and User Management.
  3. Goto Form template maintenance.
  4. Select form template.
  5. Open with Easy form Editor.
  6. When you click on Refresh button form is not loading.

Cause

It is due to PDF rendering in IE, so its a local Internet Explorer issue.

Resolution

->Use 'Open External' link which is provided in IE to view the PDF file.

->Use  Google Chrome instead of IE
