How to trigger a workflow during termination of Contingent Worker?

Employee Central - Contingent Worker

Step 1: Create a Business Rule with Work Order as base object.

Step 2: Assign this rule to Work Order object under Configure Object Definition > Save Rule

Step 3: Go to Employee's Profile > Take Action > Edit Work Order Information and change the End date. Workflow will get triggered.
