Symptom

  • A process is aborted by ASE with an "infected with signal 11" error in the module memalloc() followed by a stack trace:

Current process (0x2c29054b) infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
Address 0x00000000803dfc0c (memalloc+0xc), siginfo (code, address) = (1, 0x0000000000000000)

  • The stacktrace includes the following functions:

        memalloc
        stu_findslot
        stat_sargden_accumulate
        statgather
        stat_collect
        statbuild_noindex
