2641430 - Creating tokens for a job requisition's job description, headers and footers - Recruiting Management

Customers may want to reference requisition fields as tokens (variables) in their job descriptions, headers, and footers. Most fields in the requisition can be set up as a token by adding the field id to the listing-fields element.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

In order for the customer to be able to reference a field in the job requisition as tokens in the job description, headers, and footers, the field must be configured in the listing field of the job requisition template. The token name will be the field-id of the referenced field.

Example XML Code:

  <field refid="id"/>
  <field refid="division"/>
  <field refid="location"/>
  <field refid="title"/>
  <field refid="jobCode"/>
  <field refid="customString1"/>
  <field refid="customString2"/>
  <field refid="customString3"/>
  <field refid="classificationTime"/>
