2641649 - Commitment of Purchase Requisition (or Purchase Order) is stored with value type 40 in PPM

Symptom

There exists a commitment from a Purchase Requisition (value type 21) (or from Purchase Order (value type 22)) on a network-activity which is assigned as object link to the Portfolio Item. After starting report /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING the corresponding values are stored with value type 40 in table RPM_FIDATA - although value type 21 for purchase requisition and value type 22 for purchase order are expected.
