2641820 - Project Time Recordings cannot be found in the Not Invoiced Time and Expenses View

The employee has perfomed the time recroding aganist project and these time cannot be found udner not invoiced time and expesnses view for invocing.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Project Management work center.
2. Go to Invoice Preparation view.
3. Go to Not Invoiced Time and Expenses subview.
4. Select the project ID and click on Edit Time and Expenses.
   The same Time Recording is not available in this list.

The issue could have been caused by one of below case

Case 1 : The time recordings should be released Active/Approved status

Case 2 : The time recordings should have  Deleted or in Pending changes status

Case 3 : The time recording should be posted to accounting

You can check this under General Ledger -> Source Documents

Case 4 : For the posted time recording there should be a Customer Project Expense List created and posted to accounting

You can check this under General Ledger -> Source Documents

Case 5 : If everything looks fine then there should be backend issue for that you can also check the Process Communication error messages and create a incident to solve the issue.
