2641912 - Percentage Field is Disabled in Invoice Schedule tab in Sales Order for a Project

You are unable to enter the Percentage in Invoice Schedule sub-tab under Pricing and Invoicing tab on the Sales order screen for a project.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Sales Order work center
2. Select Sales Orders view
3. Navigate to Pricing and Invoicing tab
4. Select Invoice Schedule

The percentage field is disabled

The item type is not correctly assigned in the sales order

The Item type in the sales order should be Service - fixed price(project) , only then you can distribute the percentage in the project for each milestone .
Under Invoice schedule, you can select Add date and distribute the percentage for the milestones.
