  • How to know when a user was created?

Resolution

To understand who created an user, first it is necessary to know when they were created. If you are not aware, you can use Data Inspector tool to get information on when the user was created.

  1. Go to Admin Center > Data Inspector
  2. Select Entity "Table_USERS_SYSINFO" > Fill Filter Criteria > Show Data
  3. In Results section Creation Date will be shown

Product Support: Check internal notes for further information on this step.

After you have the information on when the user has been created, you can run a report in Change Audit Report to know WHO created this users.

NOTE: If you don't have Change Audit Report enabled in the time that this user was created, it's not possible to get this information.

    1. Admin Center > Search by Change Audit Report;
    2. Select Create Personal Data Report > Select Change on the subject User > Person choose the user you would like to know who has created;
    3. Select the time range based on the result from the script (step one from this KBA) > Submit;
    4. Go in Access Report to analyze the results;
