2642011 - Unable To Click on "Done" Or " Save Changes" To Save The Newly Created Permission Roles Or The Groups.

When creating permission roles and clicking add in grant to this role the system it didn't allow or no effect on clicking "Done" to save the changes made.

Successfactors HCM Suite - Role Based Permissions.

1. Go to Permission roles -> click create new --> Enter Role name and description --> Click permission and select necessary fields --> Go to "Grant this role to.." and click add
2. Select Grant to role to Permission group -> Select target population --> click done

Expected behavior: The role should create.

Actual behavior: After clicking on the done/ save changes nothing works.

 This is a common issue for the new instances since those instances are in implementing phase.

Prerequisite: Provisioining access is required to follow the below steps. Only Partners and support engineers will have an access to this. Kinldy reach out to partners or raise a support case to do the needful.

1. Go to provisioning --> Company settings -> search for Role-based Permission 
2. Disable and Enable the RBP -> Click on save feature.
