2642029 - How to search within a custom column for a mananged rule for Assignment Profiles

A few custom columns that have a lot of references, when wanting to search for the references in the column, there isn't a search functionality.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Logon to LMS Admin
2. Navigate to Manage User Learning > Assignment Profiles (AP)
3. Create or Search for an existing Assignment Profile
4. Click "Manage Rules" to modify or create a rule
5. Select a Custom Column that has many reference values
6. Note that there is no search function

• Custom columns do not have searchable fields that are defined by default and the LMS does not currently have a way to search these references
• In assignment profiles or in the custom column setup itself

Currently working as intended

Workaround:

• If you set the viewable on a page to a higher number, the browser search functionality should be able to also help in narrowing down the search you are looking for in the custom column
• (CTRL+F) is default for most browsers
