2642057 - Tooltip Missing in Fiori

In HTML5 UI when passing the mouse over some description and value fields, is possible to see a tooltip displaying some information about these fields.

But when using Fiori (RUI) only field value shows tooltips when passing the mouse over.

SAP Cloud for Customer

RUI shows tooltips only passing the mouse over the value fields but not on the label.

It is the current expected behavior of the system.
