2642076 - Intrastat Declaration run did not Pick Invoice Documents

You have created Intrastat declaration run but system did not pick the reference items during the run.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Intrastat work center 
2. Select Intrastat Declaration Run view
3. Check the log
4. The run shows error log
5. Now go to Intrastat Item Worklist view
6. Here you can see corresponding document references are customer/supplier invoice and third party return document.

System does not consider the items only with reference to standalone invoices.

The declarations are done based on delivery items and not invoice. In the case of these invoices, there are no deliveries.

In case of third party scenario, you do not own the actual stock at your end, so it will not be consider third party return documents in declaration run.

Please create delivery document to run intrastat declaration successfully.
