You want to add an extension field to to the Form Template

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Visits work center as an example.
2. Go to the Visits view.
3. Open any Visit ID.
4. Select the Actions button.
5. Select Generate Summary.
6. Extension field in the Visit TI are not visible in the Visit Summary.

The extension fields need to be added to the form template in adaptation mode.

1. Open the Visit ID.
2. Select Adapt---> Edit Master Layout.
3. Navigate to the field.
4. Click on Edit.
5. Go to the Form Template tab.
6. Select the Edit button.
7. Scroll down until you find the Visit Summary form template.
8. Select the Actions button.
9. Select the Save button.
10. The extension field will now be added to the Visit Summary XML.
11. However now the field should be added to the form via Easy form Editor or Adobe Live Cycle Designer.
