Does recalculation check future time accounts if already created with accruals?
Environment
Employee Central, Time Off
Reproducing the Issue
1. Create time accounts of particualr time account create for current year and the following year
2. Run accrual calendar for both (unless you have set up automatic accurals)
3. Update a recalculation field on user's job information record.
4. Both the current year and following year time accounts for this time account type are recalculated.
Cause
This is expected behaviour.
Resolution
The system will check all time accounts related to the new updated field for the recalculation, based on the effective date of the update.
Additional note:
Future Time Accounts should be recalculated based on the time account type eligibility status. You can check the respective time account type eligibility status object for affected user in Manage Data > Time account type eligibility status.
Please also make sure that "eligibility status" field is selected as recalculation field on the associated time account type.
