2642482 - Error: "com.sap.ip.bi.base.application.exceptions.AbortMessageRuntimeException: Termination message sentABEND BRAIN (686): The hierarchy with HIESID 0 and SVER was not found MSGV1: 0 (WIS 00000)” when creating a new webi document based on a BW query through BICS and selectiong a specific BW hierarchy

• A Webi document is attempted to be created based on a BW BEx query using BICS connectivity to an OLAP connection.
• At the end of the process of creating the document (after selecting certain result objects and refreshing the query), the following error occurs:

com.sap.ip.bi.base.application.exceptions.AbortMessageRuntimeException: Termination message sent
ABEND BRAIN (686): The hierarchy with HIESID 0 and SVER was not found
 MSGV1: 0 (WIS 00000)

• A similar error occurs when trying to refresh an existing Webi document that has the same result objects.

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform BI4.2 SP05 - Patch 2 (The same problem also occurred when testing on BI4.2 SP03 - Patch 3)
