• Migration object Material Trade classification is missing in the Migration Cockpit
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1902 and higher
• Migration object Product classification - Commodity code is missing in the Migration Cockpit

SAP S/4HANA Cloud release independent.

Run the Migration Cockpit and the migration object is not visible.

• Before SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1905 release:
• Neither the Best Practices scope item BDT nor 1WA is activated;
• Starting 1902 the Migration object Material Trade classification needed to be renamed to Product classification - Commodity code to match the current SAP Terminology.
• Since SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1905 release:
• The migration object is assigned to Best Practices scope item 2U3 that is normally activated per default

• Before SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1905 release:
• A prerequisite for this Migration Object to be visible is that one of following Best Practices scope items must be activated on the system before creating the Migration Project:
• SAP Global Trade Services Integration - Primary Master Data (1WA); (for Non-EU members, activation must be triggered via ticket)
• Intrastat Processing (BDT) (activated for only EU members)
• If the Migration Project already exists, a new one must be created. The validation of activated Best Practices scope items is done during the creation of the project.
• In case of a switch from 1811 to 1902 check if the Product classification - Commodity code exists.

• Since SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1905 release:
• A prerequisite for this Migration Object to be visible is that the following Best Practices scope item must be activated on the system before creating the Migration Project:
• Classification for Customs Tariff Number and Commodity Code (‏2U3‏) (is normally activated per default for the countries and regions listed on the scope item Web page)
