2642500 - Goods Issue status is completed but the stock remains in the Warehouse

Symptom

Warehouse Activity is completed for the outbound delivery order, but the related stocks are still in GI, the outbound delivery in ECC is still open.
When trying to display the Goods Issue Warehouse Task (WT) no details are found because the WT does not exists.
