2642537 - While upgrading an ERP system from EHP7 to EHP8, SAP ASE raised Error#1105 on logsegment.

Symptom

  • Before upgrading the ERP, ct had a full backup of <SID> database.
  • While upgrading the ERP, they got Error#1105 so they increased logsegment.
  • Can't allocate space for object 'syslogs' in database <SID> because 'logsegment' segment is full/has no free extents.
