2642605 - An error occurred when you continue to run SUM after a previous stop of it.

Symptom

When you continue to run SUM after its previous stop, you may encounter an error in the previous phase. Let's take the phase PREP_INPUT/MIG2NDDB_INI as an example. Please refer to the section "Reproducing the Issue" for the detailed steps.
