2642719 - Update the VCAL notification body text in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Is it possible to update the Calendar invitation that is received from SAP SuccessFactors Learning?

• The calendar invitation, which is triggered when the user is assigned/registered to the class, is the notification template "SystemEnrollmentNotification", VCAL. There are other templates such as the VLE_ENROLLMENT which also have VCAL code.
• Please refer to the View Default button on the Messages tab of the Notification Template for the default VCAL syntax to use as a baseline.
• To view the VCAL section:
1. Go to Learning Administration > System Administration > Email Notification Templates
2. Search and access a template such as "SystemEnrollmentNotification"
3. Go to the Messages tab to see the VCAL code

Tokens and HTML can be added/modified but it is outside the scope of SAP Support to provide assistance with these changes. Refer to this blog post for more information on updating the VCAL code.
