2642745 - Monitoring tables not created against DB2 Audit Database

Symptom

  • Monitoring tables (MOT_*) are not created against the DB2 Audit Database
  • The following errors are seen in the Adaptive Processing Server (APS) logs from the APS containing the Monitoring service on startup:
