2642865 - Add more than one UserId in the HR column in the UDF

• Is it possible to add more than one UserId in the HR column in the UDF (User Data File).
• "Invalid HR ID" message prompting when importing a UDF with multiple values on the HR column

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Go to Employee Export to export the current UDF or a UDF template. 
2. Edit it by adding multiple UserId in the HR column in the UDF file
3. Import back the file into your system 
4. While validating it, the system will show "Invalid HR ID" message. 

• Currently it is not possible to add more than one UserId in the HR column in the UDF.
• We may would suggest using a custom field for the HR Manager Assistant since there is only one (1) HR field value that can be assigned to an employee. You may still create the permission group and role for these HR employees and granting them the necessary permission.
