2642865 - Add more than one UserId in the HR column in the UDF

You want to know if it is possible to add more than one UserId in the HR column in the UDF (User Data File).

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Export the UDF file from your system
2. Edit it by adding a new UserId in the HR column in the UDF file
3. Import back the file into your system 
4. While validating it, the system will show "Invalid HR ID" message

Currently it is not possible to add more than one UserId in the HR column in the UDF, however we may would suggest using a custom field for the HR Manager Assistant since there is only one (1) HR field value that can be assigned to an employee. You may still create the permission group and role for these HR employees and granting them the necessary permission.
