How do I export a Pivot Table in ORD to Excel?

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics 
  • Online Report Designer

Resolution

After creating a pivot query, it is possible to export the the pivot table by following the steps below:

  1. Access the component and run the pivot query:

  2. Go to the sheet icon and download the Pivot Table:

Please note that output for a pivot query will be exported in a new tab in xls format and options like xls, xlsx, csv doesn't show up for exporting pivot output similar to list report component.

Even while scheduling pivot report through Report Distributor tool csv option will not be available, same is true while scheduling report through report center.
