2642897 - Authorization error on connection test to CPI Tenant

Symptom

  • While trying to send a message to tenant (using basic authentication) and to get messages processed on the tenant , connection test is failing with 403 Forbidden error.
    You will not see any failed messages in Monitor Message Processing in the tenant Web UI.

  • When tried from SOAP UI,below error is seen:
    <soap:Fault>
    <faultcode>soap:Server</faultcode>
    <faultstring>An internal error occurred during message processing. For error details check the tail log in Integration Operations and the audit log.</faultstring>
    </soap:Fault>

  • While trying from PostMan client , error is shown to check the system logs from the tenant (https://<<tmn-url>>/itspaces/shell/monitoring/SystemLogs).
    While checking the system log files(HTTP logs), You can see the below errors with the user ID used for login.
