2643133 - LMS Admin unable to edit user custom columns

Admin edits users custom column, when they click Save they receive the following error:

• SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Admin logs into Learning Administration
2. Clicks on Users
3. Search for a User and click on the User
4. Admin then edits a custom column and then Save
5. Error appears on screen

This is caused by the Admin missing a workflow in their assigned role.

1. Log into Learning Administration
2. Click on System Admin>Security>Role Management
3. Search for the Role assigned to the Admin having the issue
4. Edit the Role
5. Select Workflows tab and click 'add one or more from the list'
6. Add the 'Edit User' workflow to the Admins role under User Management
7. Apply Changes
8. The Admin will now be able to edit and save users custom columns.
