2643141 - Load library error occurs when using existed Oracle database as CMS for BI installation

Symptom

  • Install BI and use existed Oracle database as CMS, after input the credentials of Oracle database, error "Loading shared object failed. First tried to load library oci and failed because of error: [The specified module could not be found.].Second tried to load library oci.dll and failed because of error: [The specified module could not be found.]?(FWB 00090)" will occur.
