Symptom

  • My Info Tile in Homepage shows 0 hours/days for the balance of main absence time type set in the users Time Profile
  • Balances are not shown for Time Types in Time Off ESS Overview page when employees requests for Time Off
  • Administrators are able to see the balances for the time accounts when accounts are viewed in Manage Time Off page
