2643204 - Time Account Balance Card is not shown and balance is not displaying when requesting time off

• Time Account Balance Card is not displaying in people profile. 
• Balances are not shown for Time Types when employees requests for Time Off.
• Administrators are able to see the balances for the time accounts when accounts are viewed in Manage Time Off page.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Proxy or login as the employee.
2. Access the people profile and open the time management section.
3. Time Account Balance Card is not displayed.
4. Click on Request Time off.
5. Choose a time type.
6. Notice that the available balance is not displayed. 

Issue occurs when Time Account is made as a secured object in Configure Object Definitions and if the view permission for the object is not granted for the respective permission roles.

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles then access the permission role of the affected users.
2. Click on Permissions.
3. Select the Time Management Object Permissions and then grant 'View' permission for Time Account.
4. Save the changes to the permission role.
