2643258 - Wrong Value Is Shown For The Accrual Posted

The accrual posted is not in decimal as configured in the business rule.

SuccessFactors - Employee Central Time Off

1. Create an accrual rule to post value of say 6.67.
2. Run the accrual calendar to post this value to all the eligible employees.
3. Navigate to Administer Time -> Time Accounts (of an eligible employee) -> The value shown is 6:40 hours instead of 6.67.

Expected Behavior

In the administer time page, the value is always shown in hours and minutes therefore this decimal value is converted to hours and minutes (0.67 hours is equal to 40 minutes).Therefore UI shows 6:40 hours.
If you navigate to the Time Account of this user(Manage Data -> Time Accounts), you can see the amount posted is shown in decimal which is 6.67.
