2643405 - Posting simulation: The Display of Line Items does not allow to page up/down or there is no scrolling bar

Symptom

In the simulation posting screen you are not able to either page up/down or there is no scrolling bar option to view the line items.
This may affect equally both On Premise systems and Cloud.
