2643534 - New Button Not Available for Measurement Attributes

You would like to create new measurement attributes on the system but the new button is not available.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Select the Service and Social view.
3. Under Measurements and Maintenance, click on Configure Measurement Attributes.
4. See that no New button is available.

The new button is only available if the scoping questions "Do you want to allow modifications to attributes and attribute sets when the attributes are being replicated from an external application?" and "Do you want to replicate business attributes from an external application to your cloud solution?" need to be unchecked.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select the Implementation Projects view.
3. Click to Edit the current project.
4. Go to the Step 4: Questions.
5. Expand Communication and Information Exchange > Integration with External Applications and Solutions > Integration of Master Data.
6. Under Attributes and Attribute Sets, Uncheck both questions: "Do you want to allow modifications to attributes and attribute sets when the attributes are being replicated from an external application?" and "Do you want to replicate business attributes from an external application to your cloud solution?".
7. Go to the Step 5: Review and click on Finish.
8. Click on Close to save.
