Symptom
- Several users share the same role with access to a selection of Custom Applications
- All users except one can access all of these applications
- Checking both Internet Explorer (IE) 11 and Chrome, the same behaviour is seen for the one user not having access
- The user tried to clear the browser cache and that did not resolve the issue

Resolution

Product Support was not able to recreate the issue with a user modelled on the user having the issue
- This issue was resolved by the user by:
- Sign out of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
- Review the Browser Settings for IE 11 and Chrome
- Flush the Cache for IE 11 and Chrome
- Close the browser
