2643600 - The "End" button in CRM IC WebClient does not end the Action Item and the interaction in a system integrated with SAP Contact Center

Symptom

  • Hitting the "End" button to end the ERMS action item does not end the interaction in the CRM IC Web Client
  • ICI trace captures the error: "Server was unable to process request. ---> Value cannot be null. Parameter name: key"

    EXC> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
