Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a rule with Base Object different than "Employee Information" or "Employee Information Model" and save as onSave or onChange as per the below rule

   2. Go to "Add New Employee" and you will see the rule will trigger

All rules related to an employees data will trigger during a New Hire.

  • This is currently expected behavior. All rules related to employee data, will trigger during a New Hire.
  • The "Employee Information" or "Employee Information Model" are used to ensure those rules will trigger in the New Hire Wizard only, but it does not mean rules with other Base Objects will not trigger in during a New Hire.
