In order to configure the Talent Pool Pipeline, follow the steps below:

Step 1

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Data
2. In the ‘Create New’ search box, type in "Candidate Relationship Management Status Set“
3. Fill in the form and click submit
   

Step 2

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Data
2. In the ‘Create New’ search box, type in "Candidate Relationship Management Status“
3. Fill in the form and click submit
4. Repeat for each Status (e.g. Contacted, Screened,…)
   

Step 3

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Data
2. In the ‘Create New’ sear
3. ch box, type in  "Candidate Relationship Management Status Map“
4. Fill in the form to link a Status to Status Set
5. Enter the order the Statuses should show in the Status Set (recommend using 10, 20, 30, … etc to allow for insertion of steps in the middle if needed)
6. Repeat for each Status in the Status Set (1)
   
   

   (1) After clicking Save, recommend making note of statusSetItemId to locate the mapping easily later

Step 4

Ensure that the desired Status Set is linked to the Talent Pool:
