2643715 - Number of Failed Logon Attempts is displaying 0 in report User Logon Details


In the report User Logon Details, the user is seeing the field Number of Failed Logon Attempts as ZERO, even after performing a failed attempt.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter an incorrect password for any specific user.
  2. Next time, provide the correct password and login in system.
  3. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
  4. Search and open the report User Logon Details.
  5. Execute the report.
  6. User will notice that number of failed attempt is displayed as 0.


The report User Logon Details will display all continuous failed attempts without a successful attempt. In other terms, once a user logged into the system, the number of failed attempt will be reset to 0.


This is the standard behavior.
