How to make label changes to the existing XML Templates via Manage Templates Feature?

NOTE: It is very important to keep in mind this tool is extremely powerful. Modifications made to templates can have a direct impact on candidate experience, integrations, custom integrations, etc. Change should only be made by a qualified individual that is familiar with the configuration.

Changing the labels in any template configured in Recruiting is now available for customer in Admin Center --> Manage templates

In order to enable Manage templates, please follow up this KBA: 2157630 - Enabling Manage Templates in Recruiting

See the steps below for making label changes:

1. Select the desired template type

2.  Select the template name

3. Click on modify

4. Select the desired field and the label of the field id definition can be changed in the section "Field label"
