How to make sm-mapping changes to the Candidate Profile XML Template via Manage Templates feature?

NOTE: It is very important to keep in mind this tool is extremely powerful. Modifications made to templates can have a direct impact on candidate experience, integrations, custom integrations, etc. Change should only be made by a qualified individual that is familiar with the configuration.

Changing the existing sm-mapping configuration in the Candidate Profile XML Template in Recruiting is now available for customer in Admin Centre --> Manage Templates

In order to enable Manage templates, please follow up this KBA: 2157630 - Enabling Manage Templates in Recruiting

Please follow up the steps below:

1. Select the Candidate Profile template

2. Select General Settings --> Field Permissions and Succession --> Succession Mapping Elements defined. Click to Modify

3. To add a mapping, click on Add

4. Click Done and then Publish to save the changes
