Symptom
The result of SAPGetDimensionEffectiveFilter does not consider the sort of the dimension. For example, the dimension is sorted as Descending, but the result of SAPGetDimensionEffectiveFilter is sorted as Ascending.

Reproducing the Issue
Use formula SAPGetDimensionEffectiveFilter in a cell in AO.
Cause
This is the current system behaviour. SAPGetDimensionEffectiveFilter uses an algorithm to create the effective selection. This algorithm does not consider the sort of the dimension.
Resolution
This behaviour cannot be changed.
