Using Manage Templates in Admin Centre, customers will be able to make a field mandatory. These changes will be applicable for any template within recruiting.

In order to enable Manage templates, please follow up this KBA: 2157630 - Enabling Manage Templates in Recruiting - Recruiting Management

Please see the steps below:

1. Select the desired template
   
   
2. Select Fields defined. Click to modify
   
   
3. The required section can be set to true or false
   
   
4. Also, ensure that the field has no dependency to another field(e.g. State field associated to a country/region) in order to successfully update the required attribute.
