2644601 - Blocking of an Asset not possible. Open purchase documents exist

Symptom

You want to delete or block an Asset via transaction

  1. AS02 (change asset), go to Menu - Asset - Block/Delete - Block.
  2. AS05

 The system raise error message:

  • AA901 You cannot delete. Open purchase order exists

  • AA902 You cannot delete. Open purchase requisition exists

  • AA903 Caution: There are still purchase orders for the asset. Check.

  • AA904 Blocking not possible. Open purchase requisition exists
