2644637 - Behavior of [[DOC_TITLE]] token for Language English_US - Recruiting Management

**[[DOC_TITLE]] is a token used by other SucessFactor components, not only RCM. This token will display the Name of the Template related to that notification. ( for RCM it should render as = "[Job req template name]" for "[Job req name]" )

[[DOC_TITLE]] token for language English_US does not pull the template name as translated in the Job Requisition Template xml

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Enable Document Routing Notification in E-mail Notification templates
2. Create Job Requisition and move to the next approver who has their Locale English US
3. Receives the [[DOC_TITLE]] token containing a different template name to the translation in the Job Requsitiion Template xml for English US

For English US the token will pull the name of the original template name when created

This is an Expected behavior. As a workaround a new template will need to be created with the desired name. Please reach out to your implementation partner or contact our Professional Services team.
