1. Go to Manage Employee > Set User Permissions > Manage Permissions Roles;
2. Open the desired permission role;
3. Click "Permission";
4. Under the section "Continuous Performance User Permission", the Feedback access permission is missing:

5. Go to Admin Center > Performance management > Continuous Performance management;
6. Enable the following options for Feedback:

7. Go to Permission Role;
8. The Feedback Access permission is not showing;
9. Enable this permission for the permission role;
10. Save the changes.
11. Open the Continuous Performance Management > Activities, Achievements and Feedback are successfully populated:

NOTE: Before checking the CPM permissions, the system first considers the "Employee Export" permission. If the option to exclude the granted user from having this permission, the system stops there and don't proceed to verify the CPM permissions gave. To correct this, disable the option "Exclude Granted User from having the permission access to him/herself" in Admin Center > Manager Permission Roles > permission role > access the target population option at the bottom of the page:
