2644821 - Logo is not getting updated on External Career Site

The logo is not getting updated in the Recruiting External Career Site even though we have updated the logo in the Manage Recruiting Sites tool.

SuccessFactors BizX  - Recruiting Management(RCM)

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Sites
2. Select Take Action > Edit Site
3. Scroll down to the 'Add Logo' field and update the URL for the image > Save changes
4. Navigate to the External Career Site and you will see that the new logo is not reflected and the previous logo is still displayed.  

The URL for the previous logo is part of the source code in the site.

Go to Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Sites > Edit Site > In the 'Site Landing Page' section, click on 'Source'. You will see that the code for the old URL is embedded in the source code for the site. This is why the logo will not update in the external career site.

Remove the code with the previous URL in the 'Site Landing Page' > 'Source' section of the Edit Site page.

Once removed, please save changes and navigate to the External Career Site again and you will see that the new logo is now successfully updated and displayed on the site.
