Symptom

  •  Migrate jobs to a new environment using best practices.
  •  Run a Perl script that passes variables to trigger Data Services web service operations such as  "Run_Batch_Job" to execute a specific batch job. 
  •  The web service operation will fail with the following error.
     Error "Cannot find Batch Job <name>"
  •  Run_Batch_Job executes successfully in SoapUI.
  •  Batch job runs successfully in Data Services Designer.
