2644907 - Output Error Invalid Channel Type Code IDX

When releasing a document, error Invalid Channel Type Code IDX occurs.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the mentioned document ABC (where ABC represents the document number).
2. Go to Output History tab.
3. You will see the error mentioned - Invalid Channel Type Code IDX.

The Communication Arrangement is incorrect.

1. For the relevant document, click on the Supplier or Account associated.
2. Go to Communication tab.
3. Go to Collaboration subtab.
4. Select the line that has the channel as Internal EDX.
5. Click on Maintain XML Settings.
6. On the Communication Arrangement screen, click on Edit Advanced Settings.
7. Click on tab Technical Data > Subtab Outbound.
8. Click Check Connection.
9. See if the connection fails.
10. If yes, check the Host configuration, or any other that may be impacting this.
