2644910 - DRTM Learning Data Purge giving a 403 error when clicking "Download Report"

An error is seen when trying to download the report in the DRTM Learning Data Purge.

Learning users and admins will not be able to see "User Data Purge Request Report" from the Learning side.

1. Chose a user who is present in BizX as well as in Learning >
2. Schedule the DRTM Learning Data Purge to launch immediately >
3. When trying to view the report by clicking the Download Report link, an error message pops up.

The permission for the user to download this report ("Run User Data Purge Request Report") is missing in the role that is assigned to the user in Learning.

This can be verified by selecting the user record, checking the role assigned to the user and then navigating to System Administration > Security > Role Management > Access the desired role > "Permissions" tab > "Reports" entry.

The "Run User Data Purge Request Report" permission needs to be added to the Learning user role.

1. Learning administration > System Administration > Security > Role Management >
2. Access the desired user role > "Permissions" tab >
3. For example, if you created a role for user management and wanted to allow the role to approve purges of Learning information, open that role.
4. Click "add one or more from list" >
5. Add the "Run User Data Purge Request Report" permission >
6. Click "Apply Changes".

This Learning permission will grant permission to the users to create and approve Data Retention Time Management (DRTM) purge requests from the BizX side.

Learning users and admins will not be able to see "User Data Purge Request Report" from the Learning side.
