Resolution
The Comments field from the Employee Time object is an internal technical Field and by default its visibility is hidden and not available in reports. However, if you would like to report on this field via Advanced Reporting, you need to change its visibility to Editable following the steps of the KBA 2903689 - How To Export Comment Field From Leave Requests?
Remember that these changes will only be available in Advanced Reporting after you purge the cache ->2776882 - 1902 EC Advanced Reporting Metadata Sync (View Based Metadata)
